Experience this 3 bedroom cottage with stunning marsh view and a short walk (5 minutes) to the beach. The marsh is on one side and the pool is on the other! All amenities are included - parking for 3 vehicles, wifi, washer/dryer, full kitchen, bbq grill, cable TVs in all rooms, marsh-side wicker porch rockers and hammock. Come enjoy the best location on the Grand Strand for family vacations in a quiet and friendly community.
Good to know
Our cottage has 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a complete kitchen with new granite countertops, a large dining table and a comfortable, open family room. Also, included are a large back porch with wicker rockers and a breakfast nook overlooking the coastal marsh and inlet. Downstairs, guests can enjoy marsh-view dining and relaxation at the eight person picnic table, coastal rocking chairs and porch swing! Finally, a front balcony with another 2 chair and table breakfast nook overlooks the pool.
House Rules
- Take time to relax, unwind, and enjoy the cottage and surrounding area! - Please treat our cottage as if it were your own! We love our “beach retreat” and expect all our guests to treat it with love and respect - Please avoid wearing shoes inside the cabin when possible. - No loud music, etc after 9pm. - No motorcycles allowed per HOA.

Enjoy the view of the beautiful coastal marsh and ocean inlet from your back porch and the view of the pool from the front balcony breakfast nook.
