Good to know

Our cottage has 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a complete kitchen with new granite countertops, a large dining table and a comfortable, open family room. Also, included are a large back porch with wicker rockers and a breakfast nook overlooking the coastal marsh and inlet. Downstairs, guests can enjoy marsh-view dining and relaxation at the eight person picnic table, coastal rocking chairs and porch swing! Finally, a front balcony with another 2 chair and table breakfast nook overlooks the pool.

- Take time to relax, unwind, and enjoy the cottage and surrounding area! - Please treat our cottage as if it were your own! We love our “beach retreat” and expect all our guests to treat it with love and respect - Please avoid wearing shoes inside the cabin when possible. - No loud music, etc after 9pm. - No motorcycles allowed per HOA.

Another great week at Marshland Paradise Our host was very responsive and gracious enough to allow for an early check In. The home is in a great location close to all amenities in a great neighbourhood and looks exactly as depicted in the photographs. The view from the back deck overlooking the marsh is absolutely stunning and worth the cost of the vacation. We will definitely be back next year.

This place is amazing. The location can’t be beat. 5 min, easy, low traffic, walk to beach, pool is directly across from the property. The primary bedroom has bathroom #1 and the other two bedrooms share a jack & jill bathroom which was perfect for our group (4 adults, two tweens and a toddler) The back deck was such an amazing bonus space, there’s also a front porch and a garden level patio, all perfect spots for groups to spread out. Walmart and Publix are 5 mins away. Everything you could want is less than a 20 min drive and the community is so friendly and quiet. We booked next year’s trip during our stay. Definitely book this place.

This was truly a home away from home for us. The property is everything you’ve read about and more. The best part is knowing pool fun is out the front door less than 10 steps away for the family and perfect peace and tranquility on the back balcony while watching nature in the marshland is right out back for me. Inside was clean and welcoming with everything you need for a family; including games to play on rainy days. The kitchen amenities were my favorite as I was able to leave most of my pots and pans in the car. Every need was anticipated including the perfect bedding for our teen athletes and long leg ballet dancer. The native neighbors help to add to the home feel. Scott and Brittany were always available with recommendations and responsive to all my quirky questions about the area or anything. We are certainly looking forward to another stay with these amazing Superhost. We give them and the property a 10/10 Highly Recommend!! Book this place and you will not want to leave!
